We encourage you to arrive only 10-15 minutes before your party time. If you arrive too early, you may cause extra congestion at the front lobby and your coordinator may not be available to assist you until your party time begins.
Since we do have parties back to back, especially on the weekend, you may not be able to go into the party room immediately after arrival due to cleaning and resetting of the rooms from previous parties.
